Filing all necessary documents and appeals. You do not have to worry about what documents are necessary for you to appeal, and you do not have to worry about how to file them in a timely manner. We will send you all appeal papers for you to sign, and when you return them to us, we will file them for you.
Assisting you in filling out all required forms. In addition to medical records and appeal forms, there are other Social Security forms that must be filed from time to time. We will send those forms to you when necessary, and we will file them for you.
Obtaining and reviewing your files. There is only one way to be sure that Social Security has all of your records and forms to consider. That is by looking in their file. We get a copy of their file and if any medical records and forms are not in it, we will file them for you.
Developing a theory of your case and doing the necessary legal research. I know the law and regulations. Often there is more than one theory of the case to argue to an Administrative Law Judge, and I will make those arguments for you.
Fully preparing you to testify at any necessary hearing. In many cases, you will have to attend a hearing before an Administrative Law Judge. Those hearings are at a Social Security office, not at a courthouse. I am with you at those hearings. Prior to the hearing, I will meet with you, discuss what happens at the hearing so you will be prepared.
